Pallet rack step beam also known as cross beam is used as the horizontal support in a pallet rack for warehouse racking system or an industrial storage system. As per customers' requirements, BELIEVE INDUSTRY COMPANY manufactures step beam machine for two types of step beams: seamed type (self joint type) and spot welding type. This Step Beam Rollformer is a seamed one. Steel strips go through feeding in, cold roll forming, straightening, clamping, cutting and finally come out the finished products.

Main Components And Features of A Step Beam Rollforming Line

• Decoiler
  As per different beam dimensions and raw material thicknesses, we equip a 3Ton decoiler or a 5Ton decoiler for supporting and unwinding the steel coils.
• Feeding and Guiding Unit
  The feeding and guiding unit is able to adjust the strips running in the center of the forming line without any deviation.
• Cold Roll Forming Unit
  The cold roll forming unit is the main part of the whole line. All shafts are solid, and rollers are made of high quality steel with heat treatment and chromed to ensure the great hardness and anti-rust. All bearings are firstly selected from CHINA famous brand HRB or international brand SKF, NSK, FAG, etc. This line is equipped with gear box transmission system. Compared to chain driving, gear box driving is more stable and enjoys longer lifetime.
• Straightening Unit
  Turkey straightener is equipped after roll forming unit and before cutting unit. It is used to straighten the beams after roll forming to ensure the perfect straightness.
• Cutting Unit
  This rollforming line is equipped a hydraulic clamping and saw cutting unit. Users set the required length, the clamping system make sure the high precision of the cutting length. The saw cutting unit is also driven hydraulically.
• Runout Stack Table
  Be capable of support the finished products to avoid it from falling down to the ground.
• Electric Control System
  All electric components are selected from famous brand with good quality such as Siemens, Panasonic, YASKAWA, etc.
• Hydraulic System
  Local brand hydraulic station and magnetic valve and other components are selected first. If famous brand product such as Rexroth magnetic valves or other designated products are required, it's also optional.
